The organic extra-virgin olive oil LaRiservaBio is a superior quality olive oil created by taking early harvested Caninese Olives for cold extraction within a few hours.
The type of olives used by us is called Caninese, an ancient variety typical of the Maremma region, an area renowned for its olive oil for thousands of years. With its beautiful green-yellow color and a pleasantly balanced fruity taste with notes of almond, artichoke and freshly-cut grass, it pleasantly enriches your recipies with pungent and herbaceous taste.
laRiservaBio organic farm was born from the owners’ passion for high quality extra virgin olive oil. Its lands, mostly cultivated with olive groves, are located in the province of Viterbo in the municipalities of Tessennano and Tuscania, in the center of territory with favorable pedoclimatic conditions that allow the farm, together with an organic production process with attention to the smallest details, to produce a high quality organic extra virgin olive oil.
