We only use home-grown artichokes, which we harvest at the correct stage of maturity and work within a short time using our own oil. Our creme can be used perfectly on bruschetta and on pasta or as a filling for tortellini and crêpes, or to refine the flavour of vegetable or meat-based dishes.
